The same exact thing happened to me yesterday playing online. I tried to dive in the endzone with DeAngelo Williams when I was playing with the Panthers. No! He gets hit sticked, fumbles, and the fumble is recovered by "old man" Willie McGinest. By the time DeAngelo gets up, McGinest is running. I have control of DeAngelo, the dude is clearly way faster than McGinest! I try to catch him while he's close, but noooooo! Willie is Usain Bolt now! He scores a TD off the fumble recovery. Total BS!

first of all peterson didnt even go anywhere but wat 10 yards...then look at the pass...peterson was running out the backfield while edwards was already in front of him and has a angle.. jus because somebody faster than another person doesnt mean he cnt keep up with him for a while...i bet most linebackers can keep up with a receiver for about 10 yards...delete this video and stop complaining

Madden needs a new gaming engine. It's been the same since 2005. With the better graphics nowadays, this game engine isn't working. It looks a lot more unrealistic as it did in last gen.

acc and top speed are 2 things. acc means point of getting to your top speed it doesnt mean 86 acc means you can take of with a 90 speed person. for instance. r. barber of the bucs is not all that fast. but he now when to bump and he get in wr way on routes. he gets beat but unless he stays in a wr way which keeps the wr from reaching their top speed.
